Service Description

Contemporary Flow is an all levels class focusing on the fundamentals of contemporary dance and release technique including floorwork, improvisation, and momentum studies. Nola draws from classroom studies with Charlotte Griffin and Kate Skarpetowska, as well as influence of Ashtanga yoga and Qi Gong practices. We will work deeply on technique and alignment and use the exercises throughout class to implement into a phrase to complete the session!
