Service Description

Mat Pilates focuses on getting in touch with our powerhouse, our core. Activating it correctly helps all the important functions in that area to stay healthy. Through various exercises stretching and strengthening muscles while being aware of breath and alignment, your body can continue to be your temple. This class follows the mind/body approach philosophy. Please bring a mat, and a thera band or belt if possible.
